Shri. Mansukhlal K Kakaria, Director of the company is a dynamic person. His qualification is B,Com. He has started his career in construction field. He has completed various residential as well as commercial projects before joining the group. He has a huge experience of say more than 30 years in the said line. In the year 2003-04 he has joined the Kakaria Housing group. In the company he is looking after purchase department, civil construction and planning work.
CA Ujwal K. Kakaria(FCA , B.Com,LLB)
CA Ujwal K.Kakaria, Senior partner with his legal background and long time association with construction industry, he has gained rich experience in the field of Tax consulting, Departmental representations, Corporate Restructuring, Legal Drafting & Business Advisory Services. Everybody coming in his contact finds in him naturally – a friend, philosopher and guide. He is a past president of Rotary Club, Vapi and trustee in ROFEL (Rotary Foundation for Education and Learning) and has also contributed in the field of education by being an invitee faculty at BBA College run by ROFEL trust. He is also actively involved with various Social institutes and organizations.
CA Subhash S.Kotadia (FCA , B.Com[Hons])
CA Subhash Kotadia, Senior partner is associated with this firm since inception. He has gained rich experience in the areas of Accounting, Auditing & Taxation issues and overall administration of the firm. He has represented Taxation matters before Hon. Settlement Commission, Mumbai. He is a Director in Kakaria Housing & Infrastructure Ltd. and Trustee in Vapi Public School & Religious Institutions. He is also past president of Jain Social Group, Vapi and is actively associated with several Social institutes & organization.

Shri. Vipul K Kakaria, Director of the company is a technical person. His qualification is BE. Electronics in 1984. He was a partner in Silver Line Industries from 1985 to 1991 engaged in the manufacturing of “ Flamingo thermo pack” well known product developed by him. After that he had joined the Kakaria group. He is looking after planning & site construction activities.
